Strip That Fat Review - is it Any Good?
Strip That Fat is a relatively new digital diet book that has become popular very rapidly. However, the same can be said for other programs, many of which have proved to be useless at best, or downright dangerous at worst. If you’re curious about the Strip That Fat plan, but are wary in case it’s yet one more overrated fad diet that doesn’t really do any good, this review aims to set your mind at rest.
I bought Strip That Fat myself, and I follow its recommendations in my daily diet, with great results. I am happy to say that Strip That Fat is certainly not a scam - on the contrary it’s an extremely solid, well presented plan that is based on established techniques that have been shown to get lasting results. And just as importantly, it’s a very enjoyable plan to follow - you certainly won’t feel hungry or deprived!
Here are a few of the reasons why I like Strip That Fat:
- It’s based around nutritious foods, not meal replacements or junky ready meals
- There aren’t any pricey or potentially dangerous pills or supplements to take
- Strip That Fat emphasises how crucial it is to acquire healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime, and how futile it is to deprive yourself for short-lived ‘quick fix’ weight loss
- It features an online Diet Generator which makes meal planning extremely easy (it creates a shopping list based on your selections too!)
- Although there unfortunately isnâ??t a special diet generator just for vegetarian choices, there are plenty of meat-free options in the main plan, so it works well for vegetarians (like me) too
- Itâ??s flexible, and allows for treats, meals out etc. And you donâ??t have to stick to a rigid plan, or eat the same menu each week
- It’s suitable for everyone - women and men, young and old, people with just a little weight to lose, and those who are obese
- Although exercise isn’t necessary for losing weight with Strip That Fat, the book does talk about the types of exercise that can give a major boost to your weight loss efforts
Strip That Fat claims to be the last diet book you’ll ever need to buy, and they’re not wrong - this is definitely a plan thatâ??s enjoyable to live with for a lifetime. With Strip That Fat you can not only lose fat easily, but keep it off as well, which is great news for every person who has got stuck in the yoyo cycle of losing weight and gaining it back.
I’m always a bit doubtful when reading rave reviews, but if a product really meets its claims, then it deserves to be praised, and Strip That Fat is one of those. That said, itâ??s not going to please everyone â?? for example, it probably isnâ??t the best choice for those who like complex plans which involve lots of weighing and measuring and keeping track of every little thing â?? the Strip That Fat approach is a lot more laid back than that. And if youâ??re a hardcore fitness enthusiast you might prefer a plan that goes into greater detail about exercise and eating for maximum performance.
But for most people, who donâ??t want to spend hours each day preparing food or working out, and who just want a healthy, easy and satisfying eating plan, and a straightforward but effective exercise routine, Strip That Fat is a great choice. Also, it includes a 60 day money back guarantee, so if you do buy it, and then realise it’s not what youâ??re looking for, you can get a refund.

Do you know of really good shampoo that does not strip texture or oils?
I have a tried lot of different shampoos
I recently bought Burt Bee’s - Shampoo - Super Shinny - I use once but after, I rinse it out. I felt a little strip. I got because, I saw good review on Youtube
I want one that does not strip your hair oils or texture
I has be extra gentle
Dove Advanced Care Sheer Moisture is a really good one. It washes out the bad oils but leaves the natural ones that keep your hair shiny.

Pure & basic natural moisturizing shampoo. I have thick, wavyish hair and this shampoo works well for me. Most other shampoos I use make my hair frizzy and poofy, this one doesn’t. Use a good deep conditioner also, those work wonders for dry hair. I use the Garnier Fructis one, but I’ve heard good reviews on Aussies deep conditioner.
Hope this helps.

I came across an article stating 10 worst drugstore shampoos. This shampoo was rated #4. Here is the article and why they felt this way about this particular shampoo.

I don’t know what your hair type is to specifically recommend a shampoo for you. I will recommend using Super- Charged Moisturizer by Paul Mitchell to help with your hair.

Try Suave or Pantene products.
They’re cheap, but they make your hair so soft, moisturized, and shiny!

Its good to use shampoos s that have no sulfates in them. Sulfates is the thing in the shampoos that make the soap lather, but that strips all the texture and moisture out of the hair: usually the really cheap and crappy shampoos (even more expensive ones) use sulfates to lower the cost. I use ‘Enjoy’ shampoo but I know not everyone can afford that, so check out that shampoo that l’oreal just came out with that has no sulfates in them. Also see if you have hard water in your home that runs through the pipes, usually hard water can strip moisture and oils out of the hair even if you use a really good shampoo or conditioner. So Make sure you use a deep conditioner a lot if you do!
