Is There any other way to order Acai Force Max?
I’ve been trying to order Acai Force Max from the website in order to prepare for my military inspection and physical fitness test. I’ve read the reviews and it appears to be the best product. Unfortunately I am unable to order it from the site because I can’t finish the information needed. Is there any other way?
Don’t go there!
You will better off wih berries from you local store. You are lucky you can’t fill all the info in.
It is never free, it is a money making scam.
The $1 shipping fee can end up $100, many people have had to cancel their credit cards to stop money being debited.
There are more antioxidants and nutrients in blueberries, black grapes and black cherry juices. antioxidants are beneficial but do not aid weight loss.
There are no magical berries from the Brazilian rainforest that cure obesity. Claims are unproven, evidence is anecdotal.
Oprah Winfrey, Mehmet Oz, and Rachael Ray have all publicly disassociated themselves from the açai sites that make unauthorized use their names.
The diet ‘bloggers’ are just a mirage, their weight loss is courtesy of Photoshop, not açai.

Well, iv been in the delayed entry program for the Marines since June, and i leave in January 2010. We do pt here 6 days a week, but recently its been lack luster so iv had to work out on my own (which i already did anyway). A freind at the recruiting station let me borrow their copy, and i tried it for just a few days and was feeling aches in places i havent felt in a while.
the plyometric tape is very close to the exercise styles we did at the Marine training sessions, the yoga is very relaxing and hits the muscles that normal exercise misses. I havent tried kenpo or some of the other things yet, since im only into its first week, but already im feeling the burn. The cardio x is an amazing burn for those days when you either cant/dont feel like running. Granted you wont get as huge as you would of if you had just hit the gym and did nothing but lifts every time you went, however, with the program your getting more then strength.
Your improving your joints, flexibility, endurance, stamina, cardiovascular fitness, strength, definition, etc.. all with one workout routine. If you play any competetive sports, or like me, are in the military or trying to be, its a great program becuase it hits all the spots necessary for performance in an environment where your entire body could be used to perform a task.
My personal opinion: If your skinny and want to just build muscle without worrying about flexibility, stamina, running, etc.., it will work, but its not the optimal way, i found the 5×5 routine best for that.
If your looking for an overall body workout to help you not just look good, but perform good, it does the trick. The only thing i could add is to get out and run in addition to it now and then (there really is no true substitute for running)
Fitness Secrets: Strategies That Executives Love
There are two kinds of professionals in the world: those who love to eat and exercise right and those who simply donâ??t know how to do it. Itâ??s not really the fault of the second type that they donâ??t engage in exercise often. Most of the time, lifestyles are to blame. Itâ??s part of the accepted way of life- sedentary and fat accumulating.
Healthy executives
Andrea Brown, a 32-year old graduate of Spelman College and a senior media consultant for the soft drink giant Coca-Cola speak her mind about what she does to keep healthy:
“I eat small quantities of healthy foods. I make very purposeful food choices.”
Not only that- Brown uses stairs often and finds every opportunity to be physically active. It doesnâ??t take much to take the load off the cardiovascular system. Just moving about and avoiding shortcuts like escalators and elevators can make your heart that much stronger.
Use the neighborhood
Andreaâ??s neighborhood is near a bunch of small hills. Whenever she can, Andrea puts on her walking gear and engages in high intensity power walking. Her trips around the small hills take an average of 30 to 40 minutes at a time.
According to Andrea:
“I have a lot of hills in my neighborhood, and that walk is tough.â?
Pregnant women, start moving
Denita Thompson-Maclin knew that she should start exercising when she became pregnant. The threat of diabetes and preeclampsia weighed heavily on her mind. Thatâ??s why the senior media consultant from Burrell Communications in Chicago decided to do â??aqua exercisesâ?.
“I was not exercising before I got pregnant. I thought I might as well try to do something, so I started [aqua aerobics] in my second or third month. The exercise really helps. We do jumping jacks and run in the water. There’s no way I could do that before.”
On commercial diets
If you want to engage in a diet, make sure that you review first the literature before you start munching on those pre-manufactured foodstuffs. Diets like Atkins and South Beach work for particular body chemistries only.
Sometimes, high fat diets can spell trouble for those with kidney problems. Low-carbohydrate diets on the other hand, can cause people dizziness, nausea and fainting spells. If you can, consult with your physician first and give your physician the intricate details of the new diet that you want to start.
If you get a green light on the new diet, remember that no diet can cause weight loss in one week. Be very careful of commercial diets that claim to be holders of secrets that â??the government hatesâ? or â??doctors hateâ?.
Chances are, the government and the doctors donâ??t even know about the commercial diet before its launching. And even by then the government or the Food and Drug Authority would only be interested if the product had been examined and pre-approved before distribution and shipping.
The use of diet pills is also not a good quick-fix alternative to exercising. The only drug that has been approved by the medical establishment is the chemical drug named orlistat, which is now being marketed under several brand names.

Why do so many people give negative reviews of chain gyms?
I am talking about XSport, Bally’s Fitness, Powerhouse, Anytime,
LifeTime, etc. It seems that every chain gym is overpriced, has clueless, rude employees, has dirty locker rooms, or makes you deal with a scary finance company who want to charge your credit card until the year 2050? Is all of this the product of whiners, or does the chain gym business model breed mediocrity and financial rip-offs?
I almost signed up for one of those, once (I don’t even care to remember the name).
I had a coupon for a free “one month” trial, which really means that they’ll have one month to get you! They tried to make me buy a “membership”, which was just a very expensive fee, just to join, not even to pay for the next month!!!
They were extremely persuasive but I was smarter than them and before they could hook me up (they were relentless, during my free trial)…they went out of business!
I was lucky, some of my neighbors lost their “membership” fees!
Now, I’m at the Y, just because my kids go there and the family monthly fee is cheaper than several individual fees. I don’t use their gym because I don’t like huffing, puffing and sweating in public, especially on stuff used by other sweaty people (I can’t even eat a saucy burger in public!) and I have what I need at home or around my neighborhood for aerobics and weight training. I’m also a little scared of those big huge weight machines. Even a treadmill scares me. I’d rather walk around my neighborhood and face barking dogs. But I use their great pool, and also their sauna and Jacuzzi . They also have a steam room (I’d rather use the sauna).
Their locker rooms are okay and the people are fabulous there, both the people working out there and the people just working there. I found a diamond ring once, next to the sink and I brought it up to the front desk, that’s how nice I am and that’s how nice they are.
The only thing that would bother me is the name…YMCA standing for Young Men’s Christian Association since I’m not young, I’m not a man and I’m not Christian, but lucky for me, you don’t have to be either one of those to enjoy their great pool.
Is it true that companies like sole or smooth that sale their fitness equipment online have unaccurate reviews
to say: they pay sites to state that their products are better in detriment of other brands, which might not be necessarily true; thus, making the online information inaccurate. Just curious because I wanted one.
yeah i guess
