Overview

Todayâ??s wellness industry has no shortage of products and programs. Companies fight like ravenous dogs for the attention and assets of potential customers. That is just one reason why people who are looking to lose weight must be exceedingly diligent to do their homework before making their purchases. Perfect Pushupâ?¢ is a piece of fitness equipment which is primarily marketed as a muscle-building product. Whether Perfect Pushupâ?¢ is a worthwhile option for promoting weight loss in general will be discussed in the following review.

Program at a Glance

Perfect Pushupâ?¢ is just as its name suggests. It is an apparatus which facilitates effective pushup routines.

Program in Focus

Perfect Pushupâ?¢ is essentially two handles which sit on the floor. Apparently, they can be used in various positions and manners to promote muscle-building in different parts of the back, arms, and core. While toning or bulking muscles may be something that some dieters are looking to do, this does not constitute substantive and widespread fat loss. As such, Perfect Pushupâ?¢ should probably not be considered a generalized â??fitnessâ? apparatus. It should also be noted that this product is marketed primarily toward men.

Positives

    Facilitates some exercise

Negatives

    Focused on muscle increase
Exercise is only one component of weight loss
    Free trial apparently not offered
    Marketed primarily toward men

Final Thoughts

Perfect Pushupâ?¢ appears to be a product which is largely focused on muscle increase and which does little to facilitate generalized calorie-burning fitness for users. That is why many dieters will opt for utilizing exercise programs and products that are focused less on promoting muscle growth and more on keeping people active. Beyond fitness, each dieter must be concerned with nutrition. Both healthy eating and a large intake of water are non-negotiable factors in lasting weight loss. Lastly, dieters may also decide to add an effective dietary supplement to their approach. Always seek out a product which can provide both fat burning and appetite suppressing benefits. Such a supplement should do well to help maximize the results of your exercise and healthy eating habits.

Strip That Fat Review - is it Any Good?

Strip That Fat is a relatively new digital diet book that has become popular very rapidly. However, the same can be said for other programs, many of which have proved to be useless at best, or downright dangerous at worst. If you’re curious about the Strip That Fat plan, but are wary in case it’s yet one more overrated fad diet that doesn’t really do any good, this review aims to set your mind at rest.

I bought Strip That Fat myself, and I follow its recommendations in my daily diet, with great results. I am happy to say that Strip That Fat is certainly not a scam - on the contrary it’s an extremely solid, well presented plan that is based on established techniques that have been shown to get lasting results. And just as importantly, it’s a very enjoyable plan to follow - you certainly won’t feel hungry or deprived!

Here are a few of the reasons why I like Strip That Fat:

  • It’s based around nutritious foods, not meal replacements or junky ready meals

  • There aren’t any pricey or potentially dangerous pills or supplements to take

  • Strip That Fat emphasises how crucial it is to acquire healthy eating habits that will last a lifetime, and how futile it is to deprive yourself for short-lived ‘quick fix’ weight loss

  • It features an online Diet Generator which makes meal planning extremely easy (it creates a shopping list based on your selections too!)

  • Although there unfortunately isnâ??t a special diet generator just for vegetarian choices, there are plenty of meat-free options in the main plan, so it works well for vegetarians (like me) too

  • Itâ??s flexible, and allows for treats, meals out etc. And you donâ??t have to stick to a rigid plan, or eat the same menu each week

  • It’s suitable for everyone - women and men, young and old, people with just a little weight to lose, and those who are obese

  • Although exercise isn’t necessary for losing weight with Strip That Fat, the book does talk about the types of exercise that can give a major boost to your weight loss efforts

Strip That Fat claims to be the last diet book you’ll ever need to buy, and they’re not wrong - this is definitely a plan thatâ??s enjoyable to live with for a lifetime. With Strip That Fat you can not only lose fat easily, but keep it off as well, which is great news for every person who has got stuck in the yoyo cycle of losing weight and gaining it back.

I’m always a bit doubtful when reading rave reviews, but if a product really meets its claims, then it deserves to be praised, and Strip That Fat is one of those. That said, itâ??s not going to please everyone â?? for example, it probably isnâ??t the best choice for those who like complex plans which involve lots of weighing and measuring and keeping track of every little thing â?? the Strip That Fat approach is a lot more laid back than that. And if youâ??re a hardcore fitness enthusiast you might prefer a plan that goes into greater detail about exercise and eating for maximum performance.

But for most people, who donâ??t want to spend hours each day preparing food or working out, and who just want a healthy, easy and satisfying eating plan, and a straightforward but effective exercise routine, Strip That Fat is a great choice. Also, it includes a 60 day money back guarantee, so if you do buy it, and then realise it’s not what youâ??re looking for, you can get a refund.

Acai Diet Review

I bet youâ??ve been hearing about the acai berry recently, and how it has all of these amazing health benefits, such as a diet aid. Itâ??s hard not to hear about it actually. Itâ??s on the television, radio, news, and even some big name celebrities are now talking about it. But, how do you know if the acai diet really works? Well, Iâ??m about to give you a clearer perspective on the topic.

The acai fruit is a product from the Brazilian and Amazon rain forests. It grows deep in the jungle and is a high energy content palm fruit. It has been rated one of the top 10 fruits for its high nutritional values, and also has been called a super food. Super foods are the ones that help you stay healthy and fit without causing you to put on any weight. Most people follow diet plans so that they can lose weight and consume super foods, so their body gets enough nutrition without putting on weight unnecessarily. The Acai fruit is packed with nutrients like antioxidants, minerals, vitamin B complex, amino acids and fatty acids. Your body needs all of these to stay healthy and the acai provides it in a nutshell. However it may not possible to find the acai fruit in your local super markets. If you canâ??t find it in person, it is available at online stores.

The high antioxidant nature of the acai fruit helps fight aging signs and diseases like cancer, diabetes and bacterial infections. They also keep the heart healthy, and have monounsaturated fats, along with dietary fiber. It has amino acids which help build muscles in your body and also helps to maintain muscular fitness. You get all these good things from one single fruit. Research has proven that acai has all the above mentioned properties and can be a complete food source for the human body. Also, we need an extra dose of vitamins and minerals so the human body can survive the effects of stress and tensions. Also, doctors agree that the natural ingredients give the body a better absorption rate and help fight diseases more effectively. In spite of having regular food habits, a lot of people lack energy and having a natural source of energy like the acai fruit you can feel energetic and do more things with your life.

Acai is available in many forms and organic products. It can be consumed as a fruit, supplement, or juice. Also, the acai fruit can be used in different ways for consumption like cooked with food or as a topping on meat and ice creams. A lot of groceries do sell acai juice and you can look for it in the ingredient columns of the product. Acai is perfect for people who exercise, because it compliments their effort for staying fit.

With so many benefits coming from a simple fruit, itâ??s hard to argue that the acai berry is a superfood. However, if you want the full benefits of it, you should always implement a proper diet and exercise program.

girls!! would you be interested?? need feedback!?

i am about to start a website that is promoting a shopping portal. Stores like Bloomingdales, Macys, Drugstore.com, Saks, Barnes and Nobles and thousands of other stores are signed on to our shopping portal and each store has a certain percentage discount that you get back after you shop there.

So my job is to get potential customers onto my website to promote the shopping portal. Besides promoting the shopping portal I would also blog and write articles that would appeal to my demographic of customers who would visit my site, so therefore I would be catering to the women from teenagers to mother and grandmothers.
I would write about relationships, health, fitness, life organization, beauty tips, beauty products review, clothing reviews, basically anything that would appeal to the common women of our society today.

——-
I am also thinking if I should create a Youtube account and do beauty videos such as juicystar07 and allthatglitters21 do on their accounts. If you do not know who they are, they are makeup beauty gurus who give tutorials on how to do makeups and hair and such. And later on if I get enough fans I might also do vlogs which is exactly what juicystar07 and allthatglitters21 does (videos of their life. like updates on their life and such) I know it sounds completely superficial but there are people out there who do watch these videos and I myself love watching these things.

I don’t know if I will also do something like this because I need the green light from my boss. (aka my brother - he has his own website and his own business and I am lucky that he is giving me this opportunity to create my own buisness)

so I need feedback from all of you guys! Would you be a reader of my website and a potential customer to the portal? (it is basically online shopping but you get a % back on what you spend) Everything is legitimate, no scams nothing. This business is a branch off of an already establish successful company that my brother owns that I have been working on for over a year with him.

And seeing that I am only 15 I know what safety precautions to take. I wouldn’t give out my number or address and I would use a Pseudonym (fake name/pen name)

So would this appeal to you? Sorry this is so long! Thank you!
im not advertising because i dont even have the link.
i am just asking if people would be interested in such a thing.

i love those beauty gurus! yess i would totally be interested!

Muscle Milk Review

Muscle Milk Review

Let’s face it, Muscle milk is probably the most popular protein on the market today. When you see a product on shelves at a convenient store you know it has hit the big time. Not only is it there but it’s usually the only brand carried. So in this review we will take a look at what makes Muscle Milk so popular and if  it’s all show and no go.

I remember when this product came out about 7 years ago. At the time it was nowhere near as popular as it is today but I still tried it. Having great experiences with Cytosport products over the years, I knew they never put out anything but top notch supplements. I recall how amazing Muscle milk tasted and wondering if this stuff could even be healthy. It’s that good! For those of you that have never used this stuff but have used regular whey protein , you can forget that chalky taste you have become accustomed  to. There is none of that here. As I did some research  on the product I found out why the chalky taste was absent and about Medium Chain Triglycerides ( MCT’s ). Get ready to do some learning!

Medium Chain Triglycerides

If you have ever tried muscle milk you will notice on the label that Cytosport touts Lean Lipids in this product. When you read this they mean MCT’s. What are they and why are they so important to your training and nutrition schedule? MCT’s are a unique fat that hold numerous benefits for the fitness enthusiast. First and foremost they have 10% fewer calories vs. other fats. 8.3 calories vs. 9.0 calories to be exact and their construction at the molecular level is shorter. Regular fats are known as Long Chains , so you can see where the term Medium Chain starts to make sense. The major benefit to you is that MCT’s are absorbed faster into the body and burn quicker vs. Long Chains. They’re so efficient that they are not likely to be stored as fat at all! This is of major importance as you are trying to gain muscle and lose those inches! Think of it this way, you get the calorie density of a fat with the quick burn of a carbohydrate.  You may hear from time to time that someone doesn’t like Muscle Milk because of the fat content. Well, now you know more than they do!

Protein Blending

Muscle Milk contains a blend of whey and casein proteins. What are they and what do they do? By now you have probably been inundated with all the information you will ever need about whey proteins. Casein may be new to you. Have you ever noticed when someone goes on a diet they usually eat cottage cheese? Well, cottage cheese is naturally high in casein protein. Casein forms a glob in your stomach and takes a good bit of time to break down. This is why dieters like cottage cheese, it makes them feel satiated for a while. Ideally, Muscle milk should be used as a meal replacement protein or at bedtime since it is a blend of fast acting whey and casein. You would probably want to choose a straight whey for post exercise since it is absorbed into the body much faster.

Overall impressions

If you are looking for a great tasting meal replacement or night time protein Muscle milk is a sure bet. This is a high quality product with some serious science behind it. The folks at Cytosport have never introduced an inferior product. This also a great product if you hate the chalky taste usually associated with other protein powders. It is available in powder, packet and ready to drink forms so pick some up and enjoy!

How well does "Flirty Girl Fitness" work? Is there a scam alert I should beware of?

I was interested in ordering the "Flirty Girl Fitness" DVD’s and pole for a fitness exercise. And just to be on the safe side, I was looking at reviews for the flirty girl fitness, to see what others thought of the product. Of course everything has good reviews and bad reviews, but for this specific product, I was very unsure. There were reviews saying it was great. And then there were reviews saying the DVDs won’t teach you anything and that the fitness instructors on there weren’t any good. But, we all have different opinions. What made me rethink this was the fact that there were a ton of reviews saying things about the company, and how they are getting ripped off, and charged monthly, or their order isn’t coming in, even after months. Apparently they send new things monthly (not notified) and just automatically charge you for it. And that’s not something I would want to deal with. Some were saying they were (without their consent) signed up for some "continuity" program. And being that it’s a pretty pricey workout, I don’t want to order it and have wasted money on some sort of scam. Is "Flirty Girl Fitness" something shouldn’t waste my money on (because of scams)? My real question is, has anyone ordered it and had this problem, or even no problems at all? I am greatly appreciated for a helpful answer. (:

I am not a girl, much less a "flirty girl" but have seen the commercials on TV.

Basically almost any exercise program will help as long as you do the work. A lot of that is how appealing the exercise is to you. If that sort of thing would appeal to you then you might stay with it and get some results.

Like all else, nothing works if you don’t.

Why in God’s name are you ladies asking questions about Makeup Here?

You can all go to www.makeupalley.com and there are whole forums devoted to everything from skin care makeup, fashion, fitness etc etc There is also a product review database that everyone contributes to. You are absolutely wasting your time here.

OH and you get your answers faster. This is not an Add I’m a member, I just saw that everyone was asking their questions here and I was wondering why in gods name they would do that when there is a far better FREE source

www.makeupalley.com

I’m pretty sure there’s probably a website devoted to EVERY topic discussed here…including men who like to b*tch. So see…there’s somewhere else YOU could be, too. :)

Muscle AND Cardio? is this possible?

I wanted to build muscle this year but i don’t know if i can do this and continue my cardio workouts. i don’t want to be bigger at the expense of fitness.

also if you are knowledgeable, please advise on this product i was thinking of buying to go along with my workouts.
http://www.discount-supplements.co.uk/shopexd.asp?id=9033

it seems to get good reviews, thanks.

well from what i know cardio can really affect your muscle gains, best thing is do do a mass training routine then take a couple weeks off to do cardio with a routine
