I have reviewed and tried many (clost to all solutions) posted in Answers and ones I could fine in the internet. Unfortunately many of them are hard to impossible to follow. Has any one had this problem or similar and can outline a possible solution clearly. I have tried two registry cleaner products that promised solutions but they did not work.
I have Windows XP Home edition and have installed SP2 and SP3 (service pack 3 was one of the possible solutions).
